Your action now

Ready to turn the idea into an application?

The initial questionnaire is completed through the Jewish Agency’s official process—not on Aliyah.org.uk. Have basic identity, contact and household information nearby.

Start the official Aliyah questionnaire

Opens the official Jewish Agency application form.

While your application is moving…

Life planning can move in parallel.

Research communities, schools, work, housing, healthcare, money, tax, pensions and Hebrew at the right stage—without confusing those jobs with the formal application.

Doing this with children?

How do we talk to children about Aliyah?

The application is an adult job. Children can be told that the family is finding out what would need to happen, without being asked to carry the decision.

The short version

Three things to keep in view

1

The initial questionnaire is completed through the Jewish Agency’s official process—not Aliyah.org.uk.

2

It gives the official team a starting picture of your status, household and circumstances.

3

Save the submission confirmation and use the contact instructions issued afterwards.

01

The initial Aliyah questionnaire

The Jewish Agency describes its online questionnaire as the first step. It is designed to help the organisation understand the applicant’s status and tailor the next support.

02

What is useful to have available

  • Current contact details and the legal names and dates of birth of people likely to be included.
  • Passport details and a note of previous names where relevant.
  • A simple outline of family relationships and any previous Israeli citizenship, residence or application history.
  • A basic understanding of the eligibility or Jewish-connection route you expect may apply.
03

What happens after submission

The next published stage is consultation with an Aliyah Account Manager. Keep your confirmation and watch the contact channels you supplied.

04

Keep this safe

  • Use a secure password and the official domains supplied by the process.
  • Save confirmations, case references and written instructions.
  • Do not send passports or supporting records to an unverified email or general website form.
